COMPANY INFORMATION
AlcoTribe Counselling Center is incorporated under the provisions of the The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development (MSMED) Act, 2006 and its registered office is at 10 Surabhi, Indiranagar Road, Kalanagar, Nashik 422009 MH INDIA.
We at ATCC aim to provide Counselling, Guidance, Support, Therapy etc. through Online Therapy via Zoom Meeting or Google Meet or teams or any mode of communication through internet or telephonic communication and if required offline in a private, relaxed, and comfortable residence, with confidentiality and identity of the individual. Our robust treatment protocol includes a comprehensive, multidisciplinary method of service that includes Mindfulness, Meditation, Spiritual healing and Group therapy.
Your Privacy
Your personal privacy is very important to us and the AlcoTribe Counselling Center Policy (the “Privacy Policy”), which can be found at https://alcotribe.uno/privacy-policy/, is hereby incorporated into and made a part of these terms such that your use of the Site also constitutes your acceptance of the Privacy Policy. Services
This website (“Site”) and all related services provided by ATCC are subject to the following Terms. ATCC provides treatment for Alcoholic Freedom through Concerts, Counselling, Consultation, Personal guidance, Meetings, Literature, Shows, Seminars, Workshops, Family therapy, Group therapy (the “Services”) etc.
Use of Services:
To access the Services, you must first book an appointment for online /offline service by providing certain information as set out in the Privacy Policy. You agree that you will not book an Appointment for anyone other than yourself without first receiving permission from the other person. In exchange for your use of the Service and, if applicable, in order for Providers to send messages to you, you agree to:
- Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself.
- If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or ATCC has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, ATCC reserves the right to transition your treatment to another provider outside of ATCC or take other steps as appropriate.
Acceptable use:
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from posting on or transmitting through the Site any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, racial, ethnic, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including but not limited to any material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or foreign law.
Eligibility:
To be eligible to use the services provided by this website, you must be at least 18 years of age or have a valid written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Payment Terms and Conditions.
Payment for all services must be received in full before the time of service. For Online/ Offline Service/s you need make the payment in advance. We accept cash, checks, and credit/debit cards. If payment is not received in full before the time of service, we reserve the right to deny services.
Fees:
The fees charged for using the Online/Offline service/s provided by at the website and will be clearly stated prior to any services being provided. All fees must be paid in full prior to any services being provided.
Warranties:
This website is compiled with utmost care. The website and its contents are provided on an “as is” basis. Use of the website and its content is at the user’s sole risk. Governing law and jurisdiction
